Membership Requirements

Practitioners typically meet the following requirements to qualify for any membership:

BOARD CERTIFIED COACHES (Requirements):​

  • Have undertaken an IAOBPC accredited course or equivalent, and

  • Have a strong interest in being recognized as a professional and for raising standards of practice

  • Experience working with clients, employees, students, trainees, or partners in a role involving coaching or consulting or supervising or advising or guiding to achieve an outcome.

Board Certified Coaches can choose certifications from the following specializations:

  1. Board Certified Business Psychology Coach (CBPsychCH)

  2. Board Certified Educational Psychology Coach (CEPsychCH)

  3. Board Certified Coaching Psychology Coach (CCPsychCH)

  4. Board Certified Psychotherapy Coach (CPsychTCH)

BOARD CERTIFIED CONSULTANTS Requirements):

  • Have undertaken an IAOBPC accredited course or equivalent, and

  • Have a strong interest in being recognized as a professional and for raising standards of practice

  • At least 5 years experience working with clients, employees, students, trainees, or partners in a role involving coaching or consulting or supervising or advising or guiding to achieve an outcome.

  • Experience consulting for any organizations using related skills or is currently managing an organization using related skills.

Board Certified Consultants can choose certifications from the following specializations:

  1. Board Certified Business Psychology Consultant (CBPsychCT)

  2. Board Certified Educational Psychology Consultant (CEPsychCT)

  3. Board Certified Coaching Psychology Consultant (CCPsychCT)

  4. Board Certified Psychotherapy Consultant (CPsychTCT)

How to Apply?

  1. Register for an account with us.

  2. Purchase a membership plan.

  3. Submit the necessary documents for verification and approval to iaobpc@gmail.com --> Our volunteer members will help you with the accreditation process. Please allow 5 working days for processing.

  4. Once approved, you will receive the e-certificate via email.

Documents Needed

  • Certificate of courses completed from IAOBPC accredited training provider or relevant qualification(s).

  • Your current and updated resume.

  • Appeal letter if the first 2 requirements are not met (if necessary).
